Between 13:52 and 15:14 CEST (11:52–13:14 UTC), Nabto Edge devices configured for EU-only deployment were affected by an outage. Devices configured for global deployment (default) continued operating through other regions and were not impacted.
The incident lasted 1 hour and 22 minutes. At 15:14 CEST, normal operation in the EU region was restored.
The outage was caused by a configuration error: A staging-specific setting was inadvertently propagated to production servers in the EU region.
